The location of the cottage is perfect, situated on the edge of the Dales, it provides a great base for exploring the National Park. the cottage itself is beautifully presented and decorated to a high standard throughout. the kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, and the bathroom is stocked with all the necessary toiletries.

Although the cottage was perfect, I couldn't help but feel a tad envious of how much nicer it was than my own house.

I had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful cottage. The beds and sofa were so cosy, and the decor created a perfect atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, and the tiny touches throughout the cottage made it feel like a real home away from home. The location was ideal, with stunning walks and local shops nearby. The host even left a lovely bottle of wine and essential food items, making me feel so welcome. the cleanliness, facilities, and friendly staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

    Nothing bad to say.

We had the most wonderful stay at Bailey Cottage. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The cottage was beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home, including a fire that kept us warm on chilly evenings. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream, allowing us to cook delicious meals and enjoy them in the charming dining area. The location was perfect, with the river just outside our door and the village within walking distance. The attention to detail, like the bottle of wine and local eggs, made us feel truly welcome. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this cottage for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Stayed at a property with views of a garden, free WiFi and close to interesting places like Ripley Castle. Also, had the privilege of using a washing machine. Cons: Sadly, it was better than my own home. How inconvenient.

The location of the cottage is excellent for exploring the picturesque Yorkshire Dales. With cozy and comfortable beds, it provides a home, from, home feel. the cottage offers a well, equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities, making it convenient for self, catering. the cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished, creating an attractive and inviting atmosphere.

One downside is that there were no electric or ceiling fans provided, which made sleeping difficult during warm and humid weather.

The village where the cottage is located offers great road connections for exploring Yorkshire walks, with several starting points right on its doorstep. the spacious and clean rooms are beautifully decorated, creating a homely and comfortable atmosphere. the kitchen is well-equipped, including a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers. the cottage is conveniently close to the main road but still situated in a quiet location.

Lack of a stair rail could be an issue for less mobile individuals.
